All TV programs and video content of the entire IPTV system originate from front-end signal equipment, which acts as the "signal warehouse" of the whole system.

1. Receive multi-channel TV signals from satellites, radio & television cable networks and telecom operator IP feeds;

Without the front-end module, guest room TVs cannot receive live TV channels — it is the fundamental source of all content for the system.
This serves as the central control hub of the entire IPTV system. All hotel operation and after-sales maintenance work rely on this platform.

1. VOD Resource Library: Stores movies, variety shows, music and digital newspapers;
2. Interface Customization Module: Supports custom hotel welcome screens and multi-language templates including Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Russian and Portuguese;
3. Information Release Backend: Enables forced push of scrolling notifications, emergency alerts and promotional advertisements;
4. Permission & Terminal Management: Allows batch control over all guest room TVs, with tiered management available for hotel chains;
5. PMS Hotel Management System Interface: Synchronizes guest check-in information and bills, supporting express check-out and processing of in-room service orders.

This layer carries signals from the server room to every guest room. Two mainstream cabling solutions are currently available:

The network layer is the "blood vessel" of the whole system, directly determining video playback smoothness and whether stuttering occurs when multiple rooms stream on-demand content at the same time.
Servers form the hardware core of the IPTV system, divided into three main categories:
1. Streaming Media Server: Responsible for outputting live TV and on-demand video streams;
2. Storage Server: Stores local video resources, hotel promotional videos and image materials;
3. Business Server: Processes all interactive requests including room food ordering, housekeeping calls and bill inquiries.

Even if the hotel’s external internet connection fails, on-demand playback and in-room service functions on guest TVs remain fully operational.
